Evidence-Based Therapy

Mindfully You Therapy is a private practice in Los Angeles that helps adults build self-confidence, improve relationship or family issues, manage emotions that seem out of control, or overcome social anxiety.

Our approach to individual therapy is founded on evidence-based treatment methods within the context of a genuinely warm and caring therapeutic relationship. It’s a collaborative process that is highly customized to your goals and needs.

During the initial session, we conduct a thorough clinical interview to gather information about your concerns and personal history so that we can confidently recommend a therapeutic approach that is the best fit for your unique needs. Fees & Insurance

We believe that therapy is an investment in your well-being and growth. We highly value your time, our time, and the work we do together. Please inquire about our fees for service.

We do not participate in any insurance panels but can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider. Some insurance providers will offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Please call the number on the back of your card to inquire about your out of network benefits.

We keep our practice small so we can provide the highest quality of care.

We are currently offering telehealth sessions (video therapy using a HIPAA-compliant platform) and a few in person sessions.
